During your internship with BCRE Co. you will have hand-held support, advice and guidance on the process of obtaining your Florida Real Estate license. Your Mentor will assist you with:

Once you PASS your State test, you will begin the Mentorship Process.

This is where the JOURNEY truly begins! With this high level coaching program, we prioritize accountability. Failure is not an option. Your Mentor will guide you through the many facets of a real estate transaction and coach you in developing the skills you need to be successful. You will not be in this alone!
